Refreshing, light and delicate, this serve is perfect for long summer days or spring time parties and is fast becoming a modern classic. A cocktail which fully utilises the sweet lemon peel waxiness gained from ageing our gin in new European mulberry wood casks.

50ml Makar Mulberry Aged Gin
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
25ml Elderflower Cordial
Top with Soda Water
1 Fresh Lemon
Sprig of Fresh Mint

How We Make It
Pour 50ml Makar Mulberry Aged Gin, 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 25ml Elderflower cordial into cocktail shaker
Add cubed ice and shake well until the contents are cold and then strain into into an ice-filled highball glass
Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and a sprig of fresh mint
